New Series Launch: NovoAbrasive Extreme Ceramic Cutting Discs Deliver Top‑Tier Performance at a Low Price

NovoAbrasive announces the launch of its Extreme Ceramic cutting discs – a new generation of industrial?grade tools that pair affordable pricing with record?high cutting performance. Independent testing has confirmed that Extreme Ceramic discs perform on a par with products from world leaders such as Pferd and other premium brands, while offering exceptional value for money. The new discs will debut at Tech Industry 2025 in Riga, where visitors can see the abrasive discs in action and test samples at booth V-8.

The new Extreme Ceramic series is the latest addition to NovoAbrasive’s product portfolio. Each disc incorporates a proprietary ceramic grain formula that improves cutting speed, durability and heat resistance. Produced on automated Italian hot?pressing equipment, the discs maintain uniform density and balance and meet EN 12413 safety standards.

Unlike many high?end industrial discs, NovoAbrasive’s Extreme Ceramic line is designed to be cost?effective without compromising quality. According to multiple comparative tests, the new Ukrainian discs match the cutting efficiency of leading global brands. This positions the Extreme Ceramic series as an excellent solution for professionals seeking high performance and reliability at a competitive price.

NovoAbrasive backs its product quality with rigorous quality control and certification. The plant in Nova Vodolaha (Kharkiv region) uses equipment from Davide Maternini S.P.A. and ABRAPRESS S.R.L., and its entire product line is tested and certified by MPA Hannover. Moreover, NovoAbrasive has earned public and expert recognition by winning the Ukrainian People’s Award for Abrasive Wheels three years running (2023-2025).

By combining European quality standards with Ukrainian engineering and competitive pricing, the Extreme Ceramic series offers distributors and end users a high-performance alternative that competes effectively with established brands like 3M and Pferd.

Tech Industry 2025 Demonstration
The Extreme Ceramic cutting discs will be showcased at Tech Industry 2025, the international mechanical engineering and metalworking trade show taking place in Ķīpsala, Riga from 27–29 November 2025.
