EMJ Metāls continues to expand its sheet metal processing capabilities
EMJ Metāls, a Latvian sheet metal subcontractor, will participate in Tech Industry 2026. The company regularly invests in production technologies, developing its capabilities in line with customer needs and the requirements of different industries.
EMJ Metāls specialises in sheet metal processing, manufacturing parts, components and metal products according to customer drawings and technical requirements. Its services range from individual sheet metal parts and components to more complex fabricated products, depending on the customer’s industry and specific project requirements.
One of the major investments completed in 2026 is a new 30 kW laser cutting machine, which is already in operation. It enables sheet metal cutting up to 12,500 × 3,200 mm, including 3D bevel cutting at angles (bevel cut) up to 45°. The company can also produce bent sheet metal parts up to 8,000 mm in length.
Depending on the customer’s industry and specific project requirements, the company also provides additional operations, including welding, machining and surface treatment, involving subcontracting partners where necessary.
