RixMind and ManageEngine at Tech Industry: AI for everyday manufacturing and the tools to manage it
From 26 to 28 November, at Tech Industry 2026 in Ķīpsala, RixMind and ManageEngine invite manufacturers to talk about two connected topics: how artificial intelligence helps organise everyday production information, and how to manage AI agents, IT systems and services in one place with ManageEngine tools.
In manufacturing companies, a significant share of working time goes not on the machines but on information: emails, PDF and Excel files, shift notes, technical documentation and reports. This is exactly where AI can already deliver tangible benefits today – provided that a person still makes the decision. But the more AI and IT systems a company runs, the more important it is to manage them. That is why we will talk about both sides at our stand.
AI for everyday manufacturing. RixMind will talk about tasks familiar to manufacturers from everyday work: comparing supplier quotes by price, deadlines and certificates; planning orders against available capacity; answers from technical documentation with a reference to the source; management reports built from shift notes and logs; and lot traceability from supplier to customer.
Managing AI and systems with ManageEngine. Once AI solutions and IT systems are up and running, they need an owner, an approval route and a clear response when something goes wrong. ManageEngine tools (for example, ServiceDesk Plus) make it possible to register systems and AI agents in one place, maintain a service catalogue, approve changes, handle incidents and manage IT assets and licences – so that AI is governed rather than left to chance. RixMind implements such solutions and helps adapt them to a company’s processes.
RixMind uses AI in its own daily work too: for example, the time needed to prepare a proposal has been cut from 2–3 days to 2–4 hours. We invite plant managers, production and technical directors, engineers, procurement managers, IT managers and business owners to talk to us.
